Our policy lasts 30 days or until the Let’s Play Gaming Expo takes place. Once the Let’s Play Gaming Expo takes place, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To request a refund, you must contact us at email@example.com. We require the name and email address that was originally used when placing your order.
Once your refund request is received and reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items or services may be refunded, unfortunately sale items/services cannot be refunded.

Shipping typically does not apply to the Let’s Play Gaming Expo since all of our services are redeemed during the Expo itself. If there is a circumstance that requires shipping to or from the Let’s Play Gaming Expo please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
The Let’s Play Gaming Expo, LLC reserves the right to cancel any orders placed through our website. We will attempt to contact any parties who may be affected by a cancellation to provide details regarding the applicable cancellation.
If you wish to transfer a purchase that you have made to another individual or party, please contact email@example.com. We may or may not be able to accommodate you request based on the circumstances regarding your request.
