SINGLE BOOTH – $125

Booth occupies 10’ by 10’ floor space. Includes one 8’ by 30’ table, two chairs, and two vendor badges.

DOUBLE BOOTH – $220

Booth occupies 10’ by 20’ floor space. Includes up to two 8’ by 30’ tables, three chairs, and three vendor badges.

TRIPLE BOOTH – $310

Booth occupies 10’ by 30’ floor space. Includes up to three 8’ by 30’ tables, four chairs, and four vendor badges.

SUPER DUPER BOOTH – $395

Booth occupies 10’ by 40’or dimensions equaling an equivalent area. Includes up to four 8’ by 30’ tables, five chairs, and five vendor badges.

THE SIXER – $475

Booth occupies 10’ by 60’ or dimensions equaling an equivalent area. Includes up to six 8’ by 30’ tables, six chairs, and six vendor badges.

MEGA ULTRA BOOTH – $875

Booth occupies 30’ by 30’ or dimensions equaling an equivalent area. Includes up to ten 8’ by 30’ tables, ten chairs, and ten vendor badges.


NO PIRATES, HERE! ARRR!

The Let’s Play Gaming Convention does NOT condone the sale of any bootleg/pirate merchandise at the EXPO. Here’s what we’re talking about:

  • Repros of LICENSED US games
  • ROMs or emulators used without original creators permission
  • Digital or physical copies of copyrighted material
  • Copies of BluRays, DVDs, CDs, or any other media format like Laserdisc that’s copyrighted
  • Flash cartridges preloaded for current generation systems.

NEED EXTRA PASSES FOR EMPLOYEES/FAMILY?

We understand some people may be coming to the event with the purpose of working. And we want our vendors to make money, that’s the whole idea! So if you need more passes for your booth, we’ll offer you one discounted ticket per booth registered. You’re welcome!

SET IT ON UP, BREAK IT ON DOWN!

Booth attendees should check in upon arrival to receive your table assignment and badges prior to unloading.
Vendors are 100% responsible for their own setup and tear-down.
Make sure you bring any equipment you might need to transport your items.
Exhibitors will have access to the convention hall on the Friday before the event from 8AM till 5PM, then again Saturday morning from 6AM till 9AM.
Booths are required to be completely set up by 9:00 AM on Saturday morning.
All booths must be broken down on Sunday between 5 PM and 9 PM.
Payment is a promise to participate. If your booth remains empty for one hour after the event begins your space will be forfeited to neighboring vendors. No refunds.


The Fine Print

At no time may an exhibitor obstruct an aisle in the show hall.
Blocking visibility of other exhibitors with merchandise or signage is prohibited.
Any extension cords that runs outside your booth must be taped to the floor to prevent tripping hazards.

The Let’s Play Gaming Expo is fully insured.

Main exhibit areas are under 24 hour security.
